Error when clicking on Recent Searches Edit Icon on search page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into PIA
2. Navigation: Workforce Administration> Job Information> Job Data
3. Search with Emplid and Name field. Then click on recent search edit icon. It throws below error.

First operand of . is not an object, so cannot access member GetRecFieldLabel. (180,235) PTS_RCNTSRCH_SEC.Activate PCPC:3875 Statement:65
The first operand of the dot operator must be a value of some object type to access the method or property, but the value found was not an object type.
