E-PN/AWE: PTPN_ASYNC_PUBLISH Service Operation and Push Notifications are not being Triggered for AWE Processes in Portal/Interaction Hub After Upgrading to PT 8.60 and Above (Doc ID 3057875.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to PT8.60.xx, the approval requests show properly in the Notification Panel in the source/content db provider environment, but they do not appear in Portal/Interaction Hub side.
The issue being, the Service Operation PTPN_ASYNC_PUBLISH is not being triggered from the source/content db. However, the sync is working fine for the Travel & Expenses modules.

Sample Replication
----------------------

1. Create and submit any new Journal transaction or any non-working module for approval.
2. Log in directly to FSCM or the content provider application as an approver.
3. Check the Push Notification panel on the right hand side of the landing page. Observe that Push Notifications are generated correctly for the new request.
4. This time, log into Portal/Interaction Hub as an approver.
5. Observe that Push Notifications are not generated for the new request.

Changes

Upgrading to PT8.60.
