HCM: Component Interface CI_JOB_DATA_EMP Runs to No Success When Using Retroactive Dates (Doc ID 3057879.1)

Symptoms

CI_JOB_DATA_EMP runs to error condition if using a retroactive hire date.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set Up HCM>System Administration>Invoke Core CI.
  2. Create new Run Control.
  3. Enter CI name (CI_JOB_DATA_EMP) Select mode = create, Check "Write Log File".
  4. Enter KEYPROP_EMPLID and KEYPROP_EMPL_RCD.
  5. For appropriate dates, enter a retroactive date.
  6. After clicking "Invoke Core CI", numerous warnings and errors appear; ultimately a message displays, "Error Saving Component Interface".
  7. This does not occur if using current or future date.
