Symptoms

After upgrading to PeopleTools (PT) 8.60.12, a custom Application Engine (AE) program's log file contains the following error.

Replication steps:

1. Create the custom process.
2. Run the custom process.
3. Open the AE log file, and observe the errors above.

PT 8.60.12
HCM 9.20
