Goal

When Adding a New Line to a Requisition It Does Not Trigger a Change Order.

Fluid Requisitions is using to create a Requisition.  It gets Auto Sourced to a PO, and that PO gets partially paid.  Then I added a 2nd line to the Requisition but it does not trigger a Change Request so I am unable to Auto Source this new line to the existing PO.
