Symptoms

Skip navigation does not function on Fluid Nav Collection pages

The keyboard accessible "Skip to Main Content" link that appears in the top left corner of the interface when in keyboard focus does not function on the Fluid Nav Collections pages (such as Workforce Administration and PDS Security Processing).
