E-CRM: Multiple Contact Rows With The Same Contact Method Type Designated As Primary At The Same Time (Doc ID 3058083.1)

Symptoms

Correcting older personal information, such as address, in HCM is causing Worker data to have duplicate rows in CRM.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In HCM, go to Workforce Administration > Biographical Data > Modify a Person
2. Search for a person in Correct History mode. Update an older address row so PERSON_BASIC_SYNC message is sent to CRM.
3. In CRM, check the Worker details at navigation: Workforce > Search Worker
4. Duplicate rows will show in Contact Info Entries and Address Information
