GPIND: Sukanya Samriddhi Account Element not Calculating Correctly (Doc ID 3058121.1)

Symptoms

If the Amount for Sukanya Samruddhi (SSA) contributions is assigned through the Tax Savings declaration IND page or through Maintain Tax Declarations IND page, the amount is not calculated correctly according to the formulas.
Once the SSA amount is declared irrespective of the formula conditions, it gets assigned to the employee in the calendars.

Steps to replicate 
1. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Taxes > Maintain Tax Declarations IND
Assign amount through MTD page, for amount greater than 1,50,000.
2. Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Calculate Absence and Payroll
Calculate and put trace for the employees mentioned in above steps.
3. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Review Absence/Payroll Info > Element Resolution Chain
Verify the results in Element resolution chain page.
