E-CLOUD: Configuring Data Science Setting Fails with Error: Some of the mandatory fields are empty: data_source_bucket_name (Doc ID 3058131.1)

PeopleSoft Cloud Manager - Version 18 and later
Linux x86-64 on Oracle Public Cloud

When configuring Cloud Manager Data Science, the following error message appears:

Error: Some of the mandatory fields are empty: data_source_bucket_name

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Click on the 'Cloud Manager Settings' tile on the delivered Cloud Manager Fluid home page.

2. On the Cloud Manager Settings page, open the Data Science Settings page displayed on the left panel.

3. Provide the necessary information and then click on Update/Save.

4. Also notice that the 'Data Source Bucket Name' is empty and there is nothing in the pull-down menu for available values.
