A trace or log is important to distinguish this error from a previous one documented in Note 3054231.1. This new error has been reported to occur only on MSSQL and only after applying the fix for the initial error. The new error has been reported specifically to occur on the Financial Aid ISIR Suspense Management page but, like the original error, will likely happen with any process configured to work with PERSON_BASIC_SYNC.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
- Navigate to Financial Aid, File Management, ISIR Import, 2024 - 2025 Suspense Management and retrieve any record.
- Click the 'Process ISIR' button and note the error displayed on the page; and run an SQL/Peoplecode trace to see the more detailed error message.
