Symptoms

On : 8.61 version, Tools Accessibility Compliance - 8.61 Accessibility Help text contains invalid links to images:

In 8.61, under the new Accessibility icon there is an option for "Accessibility Help", which takes the user to Menu/Component/Market/Page: NUI_FRAMEWORK.PT_ACCESS_HELP_VWR.GBL?Page=PT_ACCESS_HELP_VWR.  The icon for this "Welcome page" does not render along with the Page Layout icon when using the Screen Reader Mode thus they subsequently show a broken image as shown below:






Network Traces produce a "404 not found" error code for the aforementioned images.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Accessibility help
2. Links to images are invalid.
