Symptoms
Issue with HRS_JPST_TBL getting truncated and rebuilt during full index build and incremental.
PeopleSoft Application TRUNCATES the Record HRS_JPST_TBL instead of DELETING it.
* When Real Time Indexing (RTI) isenabled, the table gets TRUNCATED every 5 minutes.
* When RTI is disabled, the table gets TRUNCATED every time an Index crawl (incremental or full) is run.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigate to PeopleTools > Search Framework > Administration > Schedule Search Index
2. Build the following indexes in Incremental Mode
HC_HRS_JOB_OPENING
HC_HRS_APPLICANT
HC_HRS_JOB_POSTING
