Symptoms

When using the chat function in HR Help Desk CRM, the Agent chat window does not word wrap

The issue can be replicated using the following steps:

  1. Log in as an employee, navigate to Employee SS homepage, HR service center, click View All in FAQ.
  2. Click Chat with agent.
  3. Send a long text message.
  4. In the Agent Chat window: the text is not word wrapped, the agent has to do the scroll to see all the message.
