SQL Error Committee Members ID Lookup

Symptoms
When searching for a committee member with a partial last name an error is returned.
ERROR

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Campus Community > Committees > Committee Type/Role
- Create a new Committee for Advisors. For the Record (Table) Name do not use PEOPLE_SRCH
- Navigate to Campus Community > Committees > Manage Committees
- Add a member emplid and click the ID Look Up button
- On the search page enter a partial Last Name
- Click Search and the error is returned in a pop up window

This started when CS 9.2 Update Image 33 was applied.
