Symptoms

When the user attempts to launch the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Digital Assistant (PICASO) skills, the following error occurrs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in as the Student and Navigate to Student Home Page
  2. Click the Chatbot Student Assistant Tile 
  3. The chatbot launches.
  4. Enter the Meesgae 
  5. Observe the Error
