Aid Year 2024-2025 Student Aid Index (SAI) on Correct ISIR Component Differs from SAI on ISIR Suspense (Doc ID 3059208.1)

When reviewing ISIR records loaded on the Correct ISIR component for Aid Year 2024-2025, some records show different value for the Student Aid Index (SAI), compared to the SAI showing on the 2024-2025 ISIR Suspense Management Component. The exact number of differences and the amounts involved will likely vary widely in each case.

The issue does not occur on all or most records, but it's expected the SAI's should match in every case.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Financial Aid > File Management > ISIR Import > Process ISIRs > ISIR File Load and run the process to load ISIRs from suspense.
2. Navigate to Financial Aid > Federal Application Data > Correct ISIR Records for a student in Aid Year 2025 and note the SAI. This value is stored in ISIR_COMPUTED.PRIMARY_EFC.
3. Compare the same value to the SAI showing on the Financial Aid > File Management > ISIR Import > 2024-2025 Suspense Management component for the same student and transaction.This value is stored in ISIR_00_2_EC.IWD_PRIMARY_EFC.
4. Query the records and fields in the previous two steps to assist in identifying records where the SAI values are different.
