Goal
On Submitting a Termination request, the documents submitted along with the request gets uploaded as soon as the request is submitted.
If however the request is rejected, the document still remains in employee records.
Is there a way to automatically delete the document if the request is rejected. Or can the document saving be done only on the final approval of the request?
