E-NV: When Running nVision in OpenXML Mode the Reports Run to Success but the Macro Does Not Execute (Doc ID 3059427.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading nVision, the initial issue was that when configured for Excel Automation mode, nVision was stuck in Processing state.  After changing the flag to OpenXML mode, the reports ran to Success, but the macros did not execute.
