Search with BETWEEN operator is not working when screen reader mode is ON.

Steps:

In order to replicate the issue, follow the below steps:

1. PeopleTools > My Preferences and select 'Screen reader mode ON' under Accessibility Layout.

2. Then navigate to Accounts Payable >Vouchers > Add/Update > Regular Entry

3. Click on 'Find an existing Value' and select any listed entry.

4. Select between dates for Invoice field.

5. Hit search, observe that From field is empty and no search results are returned.

Note: Same behavior noticed at General Ledger > Journals > Journal Entry > Create/Update Journal Entries
