Symptoms

Emergency Contacts Does Not Reset Fields When Doing "Add Contact". The data in the fields “email address” and “comments” from Emergency Contact #1 are carried into “Add Contact” when you attempt to add Emergency Contact #2.

  1. Home > Student Homepage > Profile > Emergency Contacts
  2. Select the "+" to add an additional emergency contact
  3. The email address and comments field from the first row is copied into the page
