Symptoms
On Department Budget Table USA page, under the Chartfield link, when user clicks on the look up for PC Business Unit, all Business Units can be accessed even the ones that user does not have rights to access.
On the Finance side, the Finance pages do not see all business units.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Log in as an employee in business unit 50100.
2. Navigate to Set up HCM > Product Related > Commitment Accounting > Department Budget Table USA.
Under the Chartfield link, when the user clicks on the look up for PC Business Unit, all Business Units are showed up.
3. Logged in FIN side:
Navigate to General Ledger Journals > Journal Entry > Create/Update Journal Entries. User will have access only to the Business Units he has the rights.
