When Assigning Student To A Deferment Contract Student Charges Are Not Being Deferred (Doc ID 3059631.1)

After assigning a student to a Deferment Contract, the Charges are not assigned and due dates are not set correctly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an item type tree that includes nodes of item types ranges that are going to be deferrable charges.
2. Use that tree when setting up a new deferment contract
3. The new deferment tree needs to be different then the item the tree tied to business unit setup. And it cannot have any node names in common between the two trees, business unit setup and deferment tree
4. Assign the new deferment contract to a student with deferrable charges
5. Click the calculate button on the assign deferment contract page.
6. Notice that no deferrable charges come up.
