Create Calenders Process Skipping Some Months For Alternative Calendar Setup.

Symptoms
The alternative calendar setup in a business unit is not creating entries in several months (Jan, Apr, May, July, Sep and Nov).
All these months have been defined in the page "Calendar Code Definition". The Create Calendar" process (mgs3000.sqr) has been run.
There are no rows in the table PS_PL_CALENDAR for this calendar code in these months.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Create Calendars Process .Navigation : Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Business Unit Related > Manufacturing > Define Production Calendars > Create Calendars .
2. Query PS_PL_CALENDAR for Business Unit.
