Symptoms
Missing Actual Labor Cost after submitting Time Entries using Fluid Mobile Technician > My Tasks > Time Entry Hours
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Employee Self Service > Mobile Technician> My Tasks tile.
2. Search and open a Work Order/Task
3. Open the Time Entry Hours page
4. Enter hours for the week and hit Save.
5. Sign In as an Administrator
6. Go to Maintenance Management > Work Order Management > Work Order
7. Open the same Work Order/Task
8. Go to the Actuals tab and verify the Actual Hours
9. Go to the Cost tab
10. Notice that the Actual Total Labor Cost is 0 from the Header Totals and the Labor Actuals grid
