Talent Acquisition Manager: When Applicants are Rejected, the Emails are Getting Criss-Crossed through the Process HRS_ACT_MAIL (Doc ID 3059799.1)

Symptoms

Once the Recruiting Team process an Applications and decides to process the rejection emails , there are sent through the process HRS_ACT_MAIL.

However, for few applicants, the emails are getting criss-crossed. For e.g. Applicant ABC@gmail.com receives the message with detail information of Applicant XYZ.

Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Set Up HCM > Install > Product Specific > Recruiting Installation > Applicants
Generate batch rejection emails:
Talent Administrator home page > Recruiting Home > Search Job Openings.
Click on Job Opening System Analyst – Job ID xxxxxx

2.Recruiting Actions--> Reject Applicant
Choose a reason and then choose the ‘Reject and Correspond’ button, Reason: Offer Rejected
Complete and Send

3. Send Correspondence: Contact Method--> Email
Enter Recipient and sender Information and Click Send.

'You have successfully rejected the selected Applicants (18178,1172)'

4.Check the Process Monitor .
The Process HRS_ACT_MAIL runs to  Success.
