Symptoms


Newly delivered in PUM Image 50, a flag was added in the Payroll for NA Installation table to allow Concurrent Processing, called  'Enable Concurrent Process'.

Once this flag was turned on, the process HP_BGTRETDST runs to no success with the following error.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Payroll for NA Installation Table (Set Up HCM > Install > Product Specific > Payroll for NA Installation)
2. Turn on Concurrent Processing (find title 'Concurrent Process' and click on the check box for 'Enable Concurrent Process'
3. Run HP_BGTRETDST(Set Up HCM>Product Related>Commitment Accounting>Budget Information>Department Budget Table USA)
4. Error occurs.
