Pell Reconcilliaion File Load Isn’t Populating New Fields Added for 2025

Symptoms
When attempting to load a .dat file send from the department of education several fields in our PS_PG_RECON_00_EC table are not being populated even though we can see in the dat file that those columns are populated on the inbound file.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Financial Aid > File Management > Import Federal Data Files > FA Inbound and import the inbound file into PSFT.
2. Query PS_PG_RECON_00_EC to see the values added in the 5 new fields are blank. (note these fields are not visible on any pages)
Changes
Pum 32 was applied to our database and / or Bug 35663855 - UPDATE 2024-2025 AID YEAR COD PELL GRANT REPORTS was installed.
