Symptoms
If an item is added to the cart in ePro fluid create requisition page, users cannot delete it without going to checkout page. The delete (bin) button is greyed out.
Steps:
1. Go to Create requisition page
eProcurement Homepage > Create Requisition tile
2. Add an item and see the cart.
3. See that delete button is disabled.
