Symptoms
Mass Transaction Security update is updating the Audit fields of permission list
Replication Steps

1.Navigate to:
Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Asset Management > Mass Transaction Manager > AM Mass Transaction Security
2.Select a primary permission list ALM_TECHNICIAN_PAGELET_LST
3.Add a new Mass transactions to the above and save it
4.Now go to primary permission list ALM_TECHNICIAN_PAGELET_LST under PeopleTools Security.
Navigate to: PeopleTools > Security > Permissions and Roles > Permission Lists
You can see that Audit information is updated but the newly added Mass Transactions on the Mass Transaction security page is not reflected on Primary permission list Mass Changes tab.
5.Issue: Last update user and datetime on permission list should not be updated as there are no actual updates made to permission list
