Remote Worker Modal Window Error in Activity Guide - “Page Data Is Inconsistent With Database.” (Doc ID 3060062.1)

Remote Worker modal window shows data integrity issue. This happens when two different users are using the same components notes modal window in Remote worker request.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to Employee Self Service Homepage > Click on the tile “Remote Worker” and submit a request
   Employee Self Service > Remote Worker
2. Click on the “Add Note” Button. Fill out the description, note text and leave the modal window open. Do not click done
3. Open a new browser like Edge or chrome and Login with a test user which has been given the  role  “Fluid Remote Worker Admin” . Leave the first user logged in and with the modal window open.
4. With the new user on the new browser window go through the steps like the first user and complete the request until you get to the “Add Note”
5. Complete the request and click on “Done and Next” buttons
6. Go back to the first user browser window which is PS and click “ Done” then “Next” button. Error received - Page data is inconsistent with database
