Error 'Is Not Set Up Using the Contract Supplier’s Default Price Location 1, Therefore Cannot Be Used. (10400,450)' Triggered when Trying to Award an Event where the Location has been Edited After Bid was Placed in the System by the Supplier (Doc ID 3060071.1)

Symptoms

When trying to award an event where the location has been edited after the supplier placed a bid in the system, an error is triggered.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Create a new Event.  (Sourcing-->Create Event-->Create Event Details)
2. Add a new Event. Enter all required information.
3. Save the Event.
4. Post the Event.
5. Login to Supplier Public Home Page.
6. Navigate to View Events and Place Bids page. (Manage Events and Place Bids-->View Events and Place Bids)
7. Search for our Event and select it.
8. Click on the Bid on Event button.
9. Click No to the question that appears.
10. Enter a Bid Qty and Bid Price.
11. Click on the Submit Bid button.
12. Click Ok.
13. Login to Employee Self Service.
14. Navigate to Add/Update Supplier. (Suppliers-->Supplier Information-->Add/Update-->Add/Update Supplier)
15. Search for the Supplier that is tied to the Event.
15. Click on the Location Tab.
16. Add a new Location and make it the Default.
17. Save the Page.
18. Navigate to the Analyze Event page. (Sourcing-->Maintain Events-->Analyze Events)
19. Bring up the Event.
20. Award 100%.
21. Save the page.
22. Click Ok to the warning message that appears "Warning-- Clicking on Save will change the status to Pending Award. Do you want to continue? (18058, 10057)
23. Click on the Go To dropdown and select Award Events.
24. Select Award Type of Procurement Contract, Award Currency of Bid, Terms 30.
25. Click on the Post Award button.
26. Get the reported error.
