Symptoms
We are encountering what seems to be a performance issue when trying to open a requisition for editing after applying Image 51 to our upgrade development environment. This issue applies to both creating new requisitions and attempting to edit existing requisitions in pending status.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Fluid Homepage > Employee Self Service > eProcurement > Create Requisition > page spins
Fluid Homepage > Employee Self Service > eProcurement > My Requisitions > actions dropdown > "Edit" > page spins
