Selecting View Other Students Data On My Advisees Page Shows Blank Page After Running Unofficial Transcript For an Advisee (Doc ID 3060459.1)

Within the Classic Advisor Center, after looking at an unofficial transcript, going back to the My Advisees page, and clicking on the View data for other students, the page 'spins' for a minute or two and then brings up a blank page. The user has to then get out of the page and come back in. This is taking up a lot of time during the day checking on students.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as an advisor
2. Home > Self Service > Advisor Center > Advisee Student Center
3. Under Other Academic Information, choose Transcript: View Unofficlal
4. Select View Report button
5. Select My Advisees tab
6. Select View data for other students
7. The cursor 'spins' for a minute or two and then brings up a blank page with only the title 'Advisee's Student Center'.
