Course Descriptions in Fluid Class Search Results are not Translated From English to Canadian French (CFR) When Logged in Using the CFR Language (Doc ID 3060523.1)

When logged into an environment as a student using the Canadian French (CFR) language, FLUID Class Search results show the Course Descriptions (class titles) in English, instead of CFR as would be expected when using the environment logged in with CFR. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Define the Course Description in CFR in Course catalog (Curriculum Management > Course Catalog > Course Catalog)
2. Run Indexes logged in as the administrator in CFR. 
3. Login as the student in CFR. 
4. Navigate to Fluid Class Search and produce results listed courses. 
5. Review the courses and course information, and observe the course descriptions are displayed in English language instead CFR language.
