Buying Agreement Usage Page is Not Showing Line Information

Symptoms
Buying agreement usage page is not showing line information. Also it is not possible searching buying agreement by customer (it is showing wrong SetId).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > User Preferences > Define User preferences > Orders-Sales
In the Orders-Sales table, set up OM BU = FRA04
2. Go to PeopleTools > Utilities > Administration > Maintain TableSets Control. Set Control Value FRA04 => Set up FS_23 = CRM01
Set control value SHARE => set up Default SetID = CRM01 and Set up FS_23 = CRM01
3. Go to Order Management> Buying Agreements > Create/Update Buying Agreement
Create the following buying agreement :
In this page, the Sold to customer search is on the setid CRM01 (as expected)
4. Go to Order Management -> Buying Agreements > Convert and Close Agreements > Convert Agreement by Customer
Search for the Buying agreement created
Complete : request arrival date, release quantity and Ship to Customer
5. Go to Order Management > Quotes and Orders > Process Orders > Order Completion
Running OM_BACKGRND on FRA04 with all Post process options checked
Check the execution status in the Process Monitor
6. Go to Order Management > Order management Center > Quotes and Orders > Create or update Sales Order
Search the Order
The Sales Order is enable :
7. Go to Order Management > Buying Agreement > Review Buying Agreement Info > Buying Agreement usage
Search just with the Setid and the Buying agreement ID
When looking for the buying agreement use, cannot see the sales order: It expected to see the line created and the order to date amount. Also it is not possible searching buying agreement by customer (It is showing wrong SetId).
