Symptoms
The Local W-2 file created by the TAX960LC sqr has incorrect total in the RF record for the following localities:
1. OH localities:
Akron
Cincinnati
Columbus
Dayton
Flint
Grand Rapids
Toledo
2. MI localities:
Battlecreek
Lansing
Pontiac
Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Navigate to Payroll for North America -> U.S. Annual Processing > W-2 Reporting > Create W-2 Local File:
Balance for Year: 2024
Select " Sel Elig Locals by State" checkbox and add MI in the states list.
2. Run the report.
3. Review the PDF report. In this test, there is only the BATTHE CREEK locality, so number of RW records is 1.
4. RF record in the file should report the RW total records. In this case it should be 00000001, but it is reporting 00000002.
