Symptoms

When attempting to define the database in Change Assistant, the following error occurs:

Error seen -

Fail to test AccessID/Password: JNI error: Could not start PSHOME server on port 6151. The return code is 1

STEPS
-----
1. Install and initiate the Change Assistant.
2. Define the Database for PeopleTools upgrade and Click on Next.
3. See the Error.
