E-CLOUD: PeopleTools Upgrade From Cloud Manager Fails at Step "unprovisioning MT task" (Doc ID 3061153.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to perform PeopleTools upgrade using Cloud Manager, the following error occurs.

ERROR as seen in pt_tools_deployment.log that is present in "PTU_UNPROV_MT_instance_0_<DATE/TIME>\psft_activty_unprovision_mt_0_<DATE/TIME>" folder:
