E-PORTAL: Unable To Download UPPER CASE File Extension Documents Under Maintain Content Navigation in Portal Interaction Hub

Symptoms
In Maintain Content navigation, documents with upper case file extensions are not getting downloaded.
This issue can be replicated in Portal Interaction Hub application using below steps:
1. Navigate to Content Management -> Managed Content -> Maintain Content
2. Click on Search.
3. Open any Content Title (e.g. Policies and Procedures)
4. This opens File Attachment properties page.
5. Click on "Top" hyperlink which is present just under the File Attachment Properties title.
6. This opens Browse Managed Content page.
7. Now select "Investor Portal Solution" folder.
8. Again click on "Policies & Procedures".
9. Now select "Current Policies".
10. Click on "Add Content" button.
11. Select the content type as "File Attachment".
12. This will open File Attachment Properties page.
13. Click on "Upload File" button and try to upload a file with Upper case extension (e.g. test.PDF)
Result : File gets uploaded successfully.
14. Now try to view the file by clicking on "Download File" button.
Result : File won't get downloaded.
