Symptoms

When attempting to a new HTML tag in a Text Catalog entry, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
This HTML tag does not exist in the Text Catalog HTML Tags table.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Text Catalog and Notepad > Maintain Text Catalog.
     2. Open a Text ID.
     3. Add a new HTML tag to another site.
     4. Attempt to save.
     5. Error message is triggered.
