On Maintain Proposals Page, The Allow Multiple PI's Check box is not displayed even though the Sponsor for the proposal has Allow Multiple PI's option enabled.

Replication Steps in Demo

1. Go to Grants > Sponsors > Sponsor General Information. Locate a valid sponsor ID (e.g., SETID: SHARE, Sponsor ID: 1003).
2. Click the Details tab.
3. Check the Allow Multiple PI's box and click Save.
4. Enter Proposal. Navigation: Grants > Proposals > Maintain Proposals.
5. Add a new proposal. (ex. BU: EGV05 ID: NEXT Version: V101)
6. Title the proposal as "TEST".
7. Enter the PI ID as KU0010.
8. Enter the Sponsor ID as 1003 and tab out.
9. Note that the Allow Multiple PI’s checkbox is not visible. This is incorrect.
