Enrollment Security Table Page Timing Out when Attempting to Save Override Options Changes

Symptoms
Delivered Enrollment Security Table page is Timing out. Timing out after change any Override Enrollment options and clicking on "Save" button.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > Setup > Enrollment Security Table
- Go to the 'Enrollment Overrides" tab and check or uncheck either of the following checkbox: Closed Class, Override Unit Load, Override Class Permission, Override Requisites, Override Time Conflict, Wait List Okay.
- Click on "Save" button then the page goes to time out.
