Remote Worker Changing Workplace Support Step Description Is Not Loading The Answers Of The Employee Questionnaire (Doc ID 3061806.1)

Symptoms

When the Activity Guide Template: RWORKER , Workplace Support Step Description is changed the Employees Answers are NOT pulled in to the page for the manager.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Change the name of the Step Workplace Support in the Activity Guide
    Navigation: Enterprise Components > Activity Guide Composer > AG Composer Templates > Activity Guide Templates

2. The employee can see the new name of the step :
    Employee Self Service Homepage > Remote Worker Tile > Click on Add Request

3. The manager tries check the answer for the questionnaire:
    MSS Home Page > Remote Worker Request Tile > Select an Employee’s Remote Worker request > Click on Request Details Row > Click on View Questionnaire link

The questions are pulled but without the answers.
