E-PERF: / E-ORA: The Project Costing Transaction Adjustment Page Takes Too Long to 'Finish' After Upgrade to PT 8.60.06 (Doc ID 3061832.1)

Since upgrading to PT 8.60.06, the Project Costing Transaction Adjustment process (Menu > Project Costing > Transaction Definitions > Transaction Adjustment) is taking about 7 times longer than in PT 8.59.
For reference:
- In PT 8.59, it takes about 3 to 4 seconds for the 'Finish' button to complete processing.
- In PT 8.60, the very same process, with identical data, takes a lot longer to complete (2~3 minutes).

The issue was reproducible in-house with the following steps:

1. In PUM signin with VP1 user.
2. Navigation: Menu > Project Costing > Transaction Definitions > Transaction Adjustment
   (Select a Business Unit, Project, and Activity. We used the ones below in the PUM regions)
    Project Business Unit: US001
    Project: 000000000000291
    Activity: 000000000000001

3. Click Search. 50 rows returned in the grid. Scroll to the bottom if necessary.
4. Select 1-50 (this will reflect the Number of entries in the selected project).
5. Click Next.
6. Select: Adjust ChartFields Only.
7. Click Next.
8. Change Accounting Date: <pick any future date>.
9. Select an Account from the dropdown: 100002 (Account 100002 / Description USBNK - Disbursements Account / Account Type A).
10. Click Finish.

It takes a long time to complete. A lot lot longer (2-3 minutes total) vs. the very same use case on an 8.59 environment (Tested on FSCM 9.2 PUM Image# 46 / PT 8.59.16 - Windows Server 2019).

Changes

Upgrade to PeopleTools 8.60.06.
