ABMGT: Proxy Unable to Access Absence Event for Cancellation

Symptoms
Proxy given authorization to cancel absence events is unable to access the event.
Steps to reproduce:
- A manager signs in to Employee Self Service>Delegations>Create Delegation.
- Assign several tasks to a proxy, one of which is Cancel Absence.
- Proxy accepts the tasks (Employee Self Service>My Delegated Authorities).
- Proxy navigates to Manager Approvals Tile and attempts to access an event to cancel via the Cancel tile.
- Once the event is chosen, the proxy is taken back to the original list of events to cancel. He is unable to choose a specific event.
