ETL92: Punch Enter Time Page Throwing "You Have Unsaved Data" When Approving After Submit Successful (Doc ID 3061988.1)

Symptoms

HCM 9.2.50
On Punch Enter Time page, the below message is incorrectly triggered when approving time even after the time has been submitted successfully.
This happens with clicking the Approve checkbox on an individual line or selecting approval checkbox for multiple rows. It does NOT happen if time is entered on the first day of the time period showing.
Also, it does not happen on the elapsed time page.

Message:
"You have unsaved Data on this page. Select OK to go back and save, Cancel to continue."

Steps to Recreate:
Navigation: MSS > Team Time > Enter Time - View by Period.
1. Select a punch Time Reporter assigned to a workgroup requiring reported time approval and uses a biweekly time period.
2. Skip any time entry on the first day in the biweekly time period for now.
3. On the second day in the biweekly period, select a Time Reporting code and enter hours in the quantity field then click Submit. Note: Needs Approval status is shown for this row entered.
4. Selects the one row then Click Approve button. Note: Unsaved Data message is incorrectly triggered.
5. Click Cancel. Note the message Are you sure you want to approve the time selected.
6. Click Yes. Note: the one line is approved.
7. Now on the first day in the biweekly period, select a Time Reporting code and enter hours in the quantity field then click Submit. Note: Needs Approval status is shown for this row entered.
8. Selects the one row then Click Approve button. Note: Confirmation message is triggered.
9. Click Yes. Note: the one line is approved.
