Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

PSPPFUND process is allocating Deductions and Taxes to the combination code that is indicated on the Earnings page of the Department Budget.

The PSPPFUND process should be allocating the combination code on the funding option "Specified Defaults" for deductions and taxes on the Department Budget Table.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Department Budget has "Specified Defaults" on one Position and the other Position has "Actuals" - Set up HCM>Product Related>Commitment Accounting>Budget Information>Department Budget Table USA
2. Ensure that the JOB Data has a split going to different Departments that are tied different Position - Workforce Administration>Job Information>Job Data
3. Create paysheets - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing USA>Create and Load Paysheets>Create Paysheets
4. Run the payroll calculation - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing USA>Produce Payroll>Calculate Payroll
5. Confirm the payroll - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing USA>Produce Payroll>Confirm Payroll
6. Run PSPPFUND - Payroll for North America>Payroll Distribution>Commitment Accounting USA>Distribute Actuals
7. Review the actuals to verify what combination code is showing - Payroll for North America>Payroll Distribution>Commitment Accounting USA>Review Actuals Distribution
