Make sure that the following is set up for TRN Grade :
Earn Credit is not checked (i.e. N) for the failing grade “F”
Include in GPA is checked (i.e. Y) for the failing grade “F
2.Set up Records and Enrollment ->Transfer Credit Rules ->Transfer Subject Area for the a course
3. Set Up Records and Enrollment ->Transfer Credit Rules ->Program/Source Equivalency
4. Make sure the Program is defined for Default Transfer Credits (Set Up SACR->Foundation Tables->Academic Structure ->Academic Program Table)
5. Records and Enrollment -> Transfer Credit Evaluation -> Course Credit -Automated
6. Query Student and Select Fetch Button
7. After Courses are retrieved click the detail icon next to the course you set up.
Note that the Flag show the Earned Credits as on and the include in GPA as off if te course has a one to many relationship for transfer, but works correctly if it's a 1:1 relationship
