On Maintain Applications Search Component (ADM_APPL_MAINTNCE), After Using Page and Field Configurator to Hide the Date of Birth and National ID Fields, the Fields Still Display (Doc ID 3062215.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to use Page and Field Configurator to hide the Date of Birth (BIRTHDAY_MSK) and National ID (NATIONAL_ID_MSK) field columns on the Maintain Applications search component, the columns still show on the page instead of hiding as expected. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Enterprise Components > Page and Field Configuration > Page and Field Configurator > Page Configuration and create a standard configuration for component ADM_APPL_MAINTNCE.
2. In the configure field properties section, check the 'hide field' boxes on the first instances of the BIRTHDAY_MSK and NATIONAL_ID_MSK.
3. Go to Map to Portal Registry tab and click 'Apply Configuration' to complete the process.
4. Navigate to Student Admissions > Application Maintenance > Maintain Applications, retrieve any list of records, and note the two field columns still display on the search page.
