Symptoms

There is inconsistent behavior on the item details page after submitting a rating from Quick Evaluation. Sometimes it shows the message "Your rating is mandatory," while other times it displays the numeric rating for the same section and configuration.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login as a Manager. Navigation:Manager Self Service>Team Performance tile>Team Documents tile.
2. Select Employee.
3. Open Performance Document in Evaluation step.
4. Select Quick Evaluation icon for item.
5. Enter rating and click Done.
6. Re-open the item.
